Imani's Garden Childcare provides home daycare services in Massachusetts in accordance with regulations set by the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC).

3. Enrollment and Contracts
Enrollment in our daycare requires:

• Completion of required forms
• Signed childcare agreement
• Compliance with all policies (payment, illness, pickup, etc.)

Website use does NOT guarantee placement.

4. Payments and Fees
All fees, schedules, and payment terms are outlined in separate childcare agreements. Late payments may result in additional fees or termination of services.

5. Health and Safety Policies
Parents agree to comply with all health and safety requirements, including:

• Immunization requirements per Massachusetts law
• Illness policies
• Emergency procedures

6. Limitation of Liability
We take all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe environment. However, by enrolling, parents acknowledge that minor injuries may occur in normal childcare activities.
